One word… SUMMER!

Nevermind the gloomy weather, the horrendous riots and the presence of opaque tights in the month of August this enchanting family (yes, no optical illusions here, i say family - the number of band members is quite extensive, single handedly bringing down unemployment rates! YAY! *punches air*) have created the summer song of 2011!

The video is splendid along with Alexander’s truely brilliant beard, i suppose any song that mentions ‘hot and heavy pumpkin pie’ in an upbeat whistling tone, has a pretty slim margin for possible mistake.

P.S. Extra points for Jade’s daring haircut, love it darlin’.

An Education

My darling sister, Holly has left for a week in Paris today and already i miss our stupidity together so i decided to watch her favourite film - An Education. I completely forgot how much i love it and with the beautiful outfits (so jelous of the ’dumb blonde’ character’s clothes) and fascinating scenery ‘An Education’ destructively inspires me to become more of a raving sixties schoolgirl, who chain-smokes, wears mini dresses, box hats, reads English (books) at university and throw my future medical-graduate plans to the air, run off with an elusive older gentlemen who can fund my hobbies including all things Paris and learn to play the Cello just to become a little like naïve, easily influenced and young Jenny.

  Miss you Golightly xoxo
